This is a public course, level B1.
This course introduces trainees/learners to the main principles of the customer service job as a full time staff. It provides them with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required, along with a complete insight of the work environment to carry out a successful operation on a daily basis.
The Negotiation Skills course will give OIFC participants a sense of understanding their opponent and have the confidence to not settle for less than they feel is fair. The participants will learn that an atmosphere of respect is essential, as uneven negations could lead to problems in the future.
